Tanya Munson

Tanya Munson holds a B.A. in economics and psychology from Binghamton University in New York and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Focusing on human rights and national security law, Tanya has worked in the Office of Military Commissions in the Department of Defense on matters relating to the trials of high-value detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Tanya also worked in the Civil Division and the Environment and Natural Resource Division of the Department of Justice and as a legal education author.
