Mr. Kalai is an efficient civil engineering/project management consultant with more than 35 years of experience in managing the design, and delivery of infrastructure projects specifically bridges, structures, roadways, facilities, and buildings with extensive technical, administrative, and project experience. Expertise in managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects and project scope by effectively applying methodologies that enforce project standards and by minimizing exposure and risks on projects; supervising the execution of project work plans and revision as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, including the identification of needed resources and assignments to appropriate personnel.

Mr. Kalai is experienced in leading all functions of construction project management including planning, designing, processing, specs-approvals, managing staff, supervising sub-contractors, budgeting, scheduling, progress reporting, and timely completion of projects.
